Krooz TV provides digital streaming access and entertainment services via krooztv.online. All content accessible through our platform is provided by third-party sources on the internet. We do not host, upload, or store media content on our own servers.

4) Digital Product & No Refund Policy
All subscriptions/access codes are digital products. Once activated, purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds or partial credits for interruptions, buffering, user-side device/network issues, change of mind, or temporary downtime/maintenance. By completing a payment, you agree your purchase is a final digital activation.
5) Account Termination
